From our facilities in North Buckinghamshire, TCS Group specialise in the manufacture and distribution of reagents, quality control products, and test kits for use in the Clinical, Food, Water and Pharmaceutical sectors.

In our 40 year history we have established ourselves as Europe’s foremost supplier of animal blood and sera for microbiological use. We have pioneered innovative collection and processing techniques resulting in product of the highest quality while ensuring the health and welfare of our donor animals.

Our commitment to continuous improvement, quality monitoring and customer care has ensured the ongoing growth of  TCS Group and facilitated expansion beyond our core business in the Clinical sector. Today we are a prominent figure in the UK Water Industry and European Pharmaceutical market, our current focus is the development of our product range within Food Microbiology.

All products and services are supplied under cGMP guidelines and a quality system registered to ISO9001:2000 thus meeting the technical specifications and regulatory standards required by our customers. Our first generation quality control bacteria (Selectrol^®) is tested for a range of identification and characterisation attributes in our UKAS accredited testing laboratory number 2496.

TCS Biosciences was the first to be granted Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) approval to supply a fluorescent monoclonal antibody stain for the detection of Cryptosporidium and Giardia. We are proud to work in partnership with Cellabs (Pty) Ltd. and Biotechnology Frontiers (Pty) Ltd. distributing products throughout Europe.

TCS Biociences is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and proactively meets customer needs with innovative products. Isolate^® Cryptosporidium is a new product developed in response to UK regulatory needs. Isolate^® incorporates new technology to bring the very first semi-automated immunomagnetic separation (IMS) of Cryptosporidium oocysts in environmental water samples.
